Hi,
I am getting a laptop as a present it is a laptop with vista business on it and it's also a dell laptop. is there a different key stroke to get narerator up and running with Vista? Should it work with out any major messing around with it like xp? The reason I ask is I probably won't have any eyes around for setting it up and I was hoping I could do it myself. this is a clean install of vista so that is also why I am asking.

thanks
S

I'm running Vista business as well, so feel free to hit me up either on here by way of this thread, or via any of the other private methods of doing so from this site. Happy to help wherever I can.

I'm using windows vista. I didn't know about the alt n thing, but new you could press windows u to get to the utilities manager. Thanks for the idea whoever that was.

I've just tried that and it works. You've just got to remember to press space or enter when you've pressed alt n.
